Project Management Office (PMO)

Managing projects using an external Project Management Office (PMO) enables your internal project manager to concentrate on his core tasks: we provide support by performing the administrative and operational tasks on the project! We provide you with support for the entire duration of the project until final documentation. Thereby, we tailor the degree and scope of our support in accordance with your individual needs. In order to ensure efficient and effective communication within the project, we adapt to its communication structure or provide workflow-based tools to help you manage the project.

Our service package:

  • Planning the project portfolio and, if necessary, project portfolio controlling
  • Planning of resources
  • Supporting you select project management methods and processes
  • Developing project standards (e.g. project plan, milestones, communication),
  • Training and coaching project staff
  • Assuming project management activities (e.g. organising and moderating project meetings and workshops, coordinating individual project participants as well as individual project participants and project management, monitoring the project’s progress and compliance with deadlines, creating status reports and project KPIs, tracking project documentation (minutes, knowledge database, etc.), managing conflicts
