Managed Services Customs and Export Control

  • AEO/ICP monitoring: Assuming tasks of customs / export control executive and collecting and processing the data required to retain AEO status or maintain ICP (cross-department as part of workflow management and deadline monitoring, using IT if preferred)
  • Supplier solicitation: Collecting preferential supplier’s declarations or long-term supplier’s declarations as part of workflow management (using IT or manually) and deadline monitoring; also validating supplier declarations
  • Compliance monitoring: Full and timely compliance with the company’s customs and export control obligations often depends on interaction with other departments or external parties. Data and information which is delivered late, incomplete or incorrect can lead to violations and inefficient processes. Using IT, we collect and process data from other departments or external parties responsible for performing customs processes (e.g. submission of customs declarations) as part of workflow management with deadline monitoring
  • Export Control Reporting: Generating data relating to export controls or key performance indicators (KPIs) using IT; rolling-out cross-departmental questionnaires as part of workflow management with deadline monitoring; validating and preparing the corresponding reports in the preferred format
  • Sanctions list screening/evaluation/reporting: Screening sanctions lists in accordance with specifications (list content/search algorithm) and in consultation with the client, either interface-based or via data upload, transaction-based if necessary; evaluating (i.e. hit report), reporting (e.g. periodic preparation of screening activities and results)
