About us

Philosophy

Target-based consultancy services by practitioners for practitioners: As specialists in customs and foreign trade law with many years of experience in managing consultancy firms and international groups, we are familiar with all aspects of international trade. Our aim in providing consultancy services is to offer solutions and IT tools tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client. We think our solutions through to the end and look at the wider picture. In our view, it is not enough to regard specific aspects of a project in isolation. Rather, we take all areas into account – whether customs, export controls, origin and preferences or other aspects of compliance – and incorporate them into our strategy. When developing this strategy, we rely on our national and international network of companies and consultancy firms specialising in customs and export controls. Our association with the AWB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft and AWB Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft enables us to integrate legal matters relating to customs and foreign law seamlessly into our consultancy services and clarify legal questions as and when they arise.

“Experience and expertise are an important building block of strategic project leadership. Only those who intimately know the framework conditions will be able to provide comprehensive and precise advice. However, a clear focus on solutions and healthy pragmatism are just as important.“

The target-based development and implementation of sustainable solutions therefore demands an analytical approach, advanced methodical and implementation skills and, at times, the ability to switch perspectives.”
